My family relocated to America after living overseas for 15 years. I knew nothing about the north suburbs of Chicago. When I came to town for a job interview, my wife and I picked a house to view through Zillow and they sent Ali Lerner to meet us. She quickly grasped the uncertainty of our situation. We built a rapport focused on getting to know our family. Once our plans were finalized, Ali and I had several conversations before the actual move. She shared her deep knowledge of the different neighbourhoods, and built up a strong understanding of what would best suit our needs. She even went on several house visits and took movies for me to view remotely. Upon hitting the ground in Chicago, we wasted no time in getting down to business. Ali took us to many properties of different sizes and characteristics. She was very patient and let us figure things out. There was no pressure at all. She was perfect. Once we did find. The House” Ali helped us negotiate a fantastic deal. We got the house and all the furniture, which was crucial because we literally had nothing. I cannot recommend Ali highly enough. The next week we went to an open house on our own and fell in love with the place.
